Job Function: Production & Process Engineer 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to battery, EV, and hydrogen technologies.
  • Conduct research and development activities to enhance the performance, efficiency, and reliability of energy storage and transportation systems.
  • Design and optimize battery packs, EV components, and hydrogen fuel systems to meet project objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of battery, EV, and hydrogen technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on battery, EV, or hydrogen technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of energy storage principles, electric vehicle components, and hydrogen fuel systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering software tools (CAD, MATLAB, ANSYS, etc.) and project management software (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in the automotive, renewable energy, or related industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO, SAE, UL, etc.) related to battery, EV, and hydrogen technologies.
