Job Function: Sales Engineer 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow revenue
  • Develop and implement STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning), Branding, and promotional plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Collaborate on business models, focusing on partnerships and revenue generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, applicators, and stakeholders.Align product offerings with customer needs
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and refine strategies
  • Developed and managed sales channels to expand market reach through offline and online strategies. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field. (Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.70 for Undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Sales Engineer, Project Sales, or Market Research
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive
  • Must be willing to travel and work in upcountry locations as needed.
