Sales Representatives (Contract - SCG International)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Take care of smart building solutions and EV solutions sales
  • Educate and pitch the solutions info customers including of explaining the solutions benefits & functions, answers all questions and convince the customers to close the deals.
  • Be the channel for communication with customers (for both commercial and technical communication).
  • Monitor and follow up the project progress since product pitching, price offering, closing the deal, appointing and monitoring project installation works until handing over all the solutions to customer completely. This also include managing to fix any aftersales problems for the customers (if any).
  • Work closely with back-office teams (sales coordinator, accounting and finance teams) and partner (Nexter and outside suppliers) to optimize and smooth the sales and operational process.
  • Be an excellent communicator to identify and resolve all issues relating to sales and customers' issues, and to collaborate with relating teams to resolve the issues with most effective outcome.
  • Analyze and monitor business requirements to brainstorm with team from time to time, to contribute for business and sales strategy devlopment following the market dynamic.
  • Provide an information to customer (FAQ) for EV Charger via online channel (BIG TH) and cordinate with supplier's support team
  • Confirm EV Charger order with customer and appointment with supplier for site survey or installation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administrtation, sciences, engineering or related fields.
  • Experience as sales representative/ sales engineers.
  • Experience in selling air-conditioning system, high technology products and solutions are preferrable.
  • Good Thai and English communication skills
  • Fast learner, good team player, creative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Have entrepreneur attitude, growth mindset, leadership skill and maturity
  • Ability to work well under pressure
