Software Developer (Contract) - Qonnect (BIIC Co., Ltd. - SCG's subsidiary)

Qonnect is a technology company founded in 2020 as a subsidiary of SCG. We develop innovative Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Applications, and AI solutions that help factories simplify their digital transformation and improve operational efficiency.
Our headquarters is at the 100 Years Building in Bang Sue, Bangkok. Working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility for remote work up to 4 days per week, Occasional onsite meetings may be required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Develop web applications using a variety of programming languages and modern frameworks.
  Contribute to system architecture discussions and participate in design brainstorming sessions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Manage assigned tasks or small projects independently and deliver within deadlines.
• Handle application troubleshooting, performance tuning, enhancements, and documentation.
• Participate in scheduled patching or deployment tasks, which may occasionally occur during weekends or public holidays (typically 1–2 hours per event, once or twice a month).
• Verify and support post-deployment service status (e.g., Django, Gunicorn, Nginx) and assist in basic troubleshooting if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field any stream with coding experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Preferably less than 3 years of experience
• Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to understand and communicate ideas clearly with team members.
