Strategic Planning Analyst ,Chemical Business

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Medium Term Plan (MTP) and Annual Plan business strategy presentation or workshop session for Business Units (BU) and Industry of Polyolefin and Vinyl businesses
• Consolidate MTP and Annual Plan business strategy and be able to raise the important issues from BU and Industry level to enterprise level of SCG Chemicals
• Facilitate and prepare MTP and Annual Plan decoding and dissemination session for Polyolefin and Vinyl businesses
• Consult and validate on rationale of project assumptions, for example sales volume, price premium at silo, additional production cost, etc. and calculation on incremental project value
• Advice the correctness and run project feasibility and sensitivity to verify project return (EBITDA on Investment, NPV, IRR, Payback period)
• Review and coordinate with working team to manage the project for approval, including paper and presentation for approval
• Develop business model and partnership rationale , coordinate with legal team to develop agreement and legal document
• Confirm project assumption and verify value release with project team for initial and final validation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or Related Fields.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Experience in the relevant field of at least 4-5 years, Petrochemicals Business is a plus
• Competent in Data Analysis, Economic & Industry Analysis
• Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge
• Able to handle things under pressure management situation
• Positive thinking and eagerness to learn
• Adaptive, be confident to work well in an uncertain situation
• Good communication and presentation skills
