Job Summary:
Q-CHANG is a Home & Living service platform with the mission to ensure quality, transparency, and productivity for the ecosystem in ASEAN. We are operating under the funding from SCG to groom the industry game-changer and we are growing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from identifying and addressing talent requirements to onboarding new hires, always looking to further improve the candidate journey
- Supports development of a recruitment demand plan with HR and the business and define a recruitment strategy for brands
- Works with business Team Leads and HR to review attrition data and growth plans to define an annual demand planq
- Takes detailed briefings of role requirements and challenges hiring managers to think strategically about their replacements
- Manages the recruitment process from end to end, including role advertisement and supporting the offer management process
- Utilizes appropriate direct sourcing channels (e.g. job boards, social media) to target and attract candidates
- Develops a detailed understanding of Q-CHANG/Brands in market/region/globally and the external media and digital landscape to better support recruitment activity
- Understanding HR marketing such as employer branding and career page
- Ensures all vacancies are formally approved and reinforce this message in conversations with business leads, hiring managers and HR
- Gains a detailed understanding of recruitment budget for brand(s) and monitor spend with brand finance partner and HR lead throughout the year
- Coach and guide talent acquisition team in promote recruitment efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher In Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field,
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment function in corporate or recruitment agency.
- Understand competency-based interview assessment technique.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to apply concepts into practical solutions
- Self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change,
- Smart about people; has an ability to communicate with people
- Must be proficient in the use of Ms office, Google series and all necessary for the creation of not only visually but verbally engaging materials, reports and presentations
- Good command in English and self-confident,
- Growth mindset & can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skill, can work well with all levels (across functions to management level)
- Background in Mass recruitment or headhunt will be advantage.
