Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Support technical knowledge of product quality to customers both pre-sale and after-sale period.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and cooperate with production and QA/QC to analyze root cause and find out corrective/ preventive actions
- Follow up customer feedback of our products and competitors' quality
- Share product knowledge and related technical topics to sale representatives as well as other marketing functions to comply with quality and environmental management systems
- Cooperate with customer and product development team to improve product quality to match with customer/end users' applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Packaging and Materials Technology or related.
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 studies.
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Good communication skills and ability to practice negotiation/selling skills.
- Able to work under pressure and understand problem solving process.
- Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
