Responsibilities:
- Work closely project team and stakeholders, to grasp current issues and requirements in order to formulate into potential solution, considering best operation & system practice and mitigation approach
- Keep up with rapidly changing industry demands and business needs
- Study, research, explore related practical theory external trends and research related to the business field and project area and build academic networking
- Conducts research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Design and run focus groups / workshops to get VOC
- Prepare proposal, presentation and material for project manager, stakeholders to communicate ideas and to obtain buy-in
- Manage projects and programs roll out (Project scope assigned are related to complex, competency, impact level.)
- Plan & lead workshop, communication and change plan for rollout projects.
- Set up and monitor leading and lagging measure of success (capability development, efficiency and outcomes)
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and develop gap closing plan
- Define feedbacks from the key leaders and employee groups to readjust the project keep it aligned with business strategy and requirements
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to users and stakeholders related
- Give advise line manager / employee regarding deliverables; tools & frameworks, mechanism, and application
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
- Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Having at least 2-5 years of experience in HR and/or organization development is preferable
- Experiences in HR business partner is an advantage
- Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
- Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
- Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
