Customer Fulfillment Engineer (SCG Roofing)

Responsibilities:

• Develop work processes and related platforms by using IT tools to achieve higher efficiency.
• Reduce redundant work steps, support the changing business process or new business model.
• Coordinate with related parties throughout the supply chain, from the product owner team, the supply chain management team (planning & development), and the living housing solution team.
• Encourage operations to be efficient and meet the specified goals.
• Supervise warehouse work, database design, and calculate the appropriate level of fulfillment in order to have sufficient stock levels for sales at a competitive cost.
• Report and follow-up status: analyze data and present the results obtained from solution sales numbers to prepare for fulfillment in accordance with the policy and direction of the organization.
• Daily work solving: find solutions to solve problems or related activities with a timely manner to reduce the impact that will occur on the organization.
• Daily work enhancement: improve processes to be more efficient to meet customer needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  (G.P.A. for Bachelor > 2.70 )
• TOEIC score must be equal to or above 550.
• 1-3 years of experience in fulfillment, improvement, and platform-related aspects of supply chain
• Able to travel in upcountry sometimes
