O&M Coordinator - SCG Cleanergy

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities of Cleanergy projects or facilities.
• Coordinating and scheduling maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and availability of Cleanergy systems.
• Collaborating with different teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance data to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and implement corrective measures as required.
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols for O&M activities.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Managing relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Providing technical assistance and support to the O&M team as needed.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance activities, reports, and equipment records.

Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Experience in operations and maintenance of renewable energy systems, preferably in areas such as solar, wind, or biomass.
• Strong knowledge of O&M best practices, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to renewable energy operations.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for data analysis and reporting.
