Process Improvement Engineer (IE) - SCG Packaging

Job Summary:

• Responsible for process improvement not only in manufacturing process but also non-manufacturing process in order to eliminate wastes and losses (non-value added processes) in  the process to create cost competitiveness and productivity improvement for businesses in SCG Packaging.
   

Responsibilities:

• Analyze As-Is process to specify value and non-value added processes / activities.
• Design to-Be process to minimize non-value added processes to generate cost savings and / or increase productivities.
• Implement To-Be processes to achieve the target and coordinate with various teams to develop efficient lean process in accordance with company target.
• Anticipate, monitor, actively manage and report progress including all risks of project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial management Engineer, Industrial technology Engineer or other relevant with Experience in process improvement, preferably with at least 3 years of experience. (G.P.A. 2.70) 
• Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31).
• Be fluent in MS Office, be able to use project management , process simulation programs.
• Knowledge in Industrial engineering mathematic, Motion and Time Study Analysis, Methods Analysis and process analysis,  Layout and material flow process,  design, Business Management Concept. 
• Be able to adapt and combine knowledge management to strengthen business competitiveness.
• Good communication and leadership skills, including rational and convincing abilities.
• Positive thinking, "Can do" attitude.
• Analytical skill
• Able to travel to other provinces or abroad as assigned. (2-3 times a week)
