Strategic Planning Assistant Manager - SCG Cleanergy

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Support and work directly with CEO to craft renewable business strategies.
• Work cross functional with all parties to facilitate the following tasks including Medium term plan, Annual term plan, Monthly performance evaluation, etc.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization in accordance with company objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with top management to provide insights and recommendations on business development strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related field.
• Having experience in renewable business such as solar, wind, or clean energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Thai language.
