Technical Sales Engineer - Rondo Energy

Job Summary:

A dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer, focusing on new business ventures within the realm of green energy and heat battery technologies. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and basic engineering calculation by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing innovative solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Engage with clients both of domestic and international to understand their requirements, offer tailored solutions, and provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the field of green energy and heat battery technologies.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of heat balance principles, as well as heat battery systems. Ability to calculate stream output and other relevant technical parameters.
• Entrepreneurial Attitude: Approach tasks with an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and marketing to drive cohesive strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details. Generate reports as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• Be able to work in province area.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and business development.
