Flexible and Rigid Packaging Process Engineer - SCGP (Ratchaburi)

Job Summary:

• As a Process Engineer at SCG Packaging plc for Flexible & Rigid packaging technology, Engineering division. You are responsible for analyzing plant performance, proposing improvement initiatives, and developing process designs used in our printing and packaging processes. Also contribute to the analysis, engineering, and commissioning of new or modified production facilities. You work with a diverse group of colleagues with the same passion for designing and improving processes to implement Flexible & Rigid packaging technologies. With a strong focus on team working and on the quality of work presented, maximizing efficiencies and minimizing waste to optimize the overall performance of the company are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze plant performance, production/process data systematically for provide solutions to solve problems, improve safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency
• Conduiting feasibility study and identifying the investment opportunities of potential project(s) including risk analysis and financial analysis
• Lead in process design and/or engineering for new facilities, including conceptual and basic design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Collaborate with Production and R&D to ensure the development of robust, cost-effective processes and innovation project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineer of any field, Process, Printing, Packaging, Polymer 1-2 years experienced in flexible or rigid packaging product. Obtain G.P.A. at least 2.70 for Bachelor 
• Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31).
• Experience in process improvement, project management, quality engineering, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Lean/Six sigma)
• Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Very good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, team player and strong communicator.
• Experienced in working in multi-disciplinary project teams in a multi-cultural setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Be able to drive a car to work in provincial and having a driver's license.
• Able to be based at Banpong, Ratchaburi and willing to travel to other provinces or abroad as assigned.
