Accountant (Joint Venture Company)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting

- Preparation of financial statements in Thai Financial Reporting Standards for Publicly Accountable Entities(PAEs)

- Monthly and quarterly financial results reporting

- Verify payment slips and create payment data for internet banking

- Reconcile accounts receivable (AP) and list overdue AP

2. Tax

- Tax compliance

- Corporate income tax return filing including calculation of income amount and tax amount taking into account BOI benefits

- Filing and paying other taxes such as VAT, stamp duty and withholding tax

3. Finance

- Long/Middle term and annual financial planning including Funding Plan

- Cash management

- Coordinating and negotiating with banks, manage other bank related documents

4. Management Accounting

- Preparation of Income and expenditure budget, update of income and expenditure forecast

- Analyze the actual performance in comparison with the budget and the previous year, and report the analysis results.

5. SAP implementation

- Definition of Business Requirements

- Developing business procedures to align with SAP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, tax (finance)

Special Requirement (Preferable)

• Accounting experience at a BOI-acquired company
• Knowledge of accounting standards for PAEs
