Job Summary:

A strategic thinker and effective communicator to drive initiatives and enhance employee well-being. Responsibilities include aligning P&O MTP with business needs, supporting HR solutions and change management, addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and fostering stakeholder relationships through targeted activities and feedback analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partner: Understand P&O MTP and business knowledge and be able to perform their tasks practically

2. Change Agent: Support HR solution designed, communication activities of own area

      - Coordinate and roll out communications regarding HR tools & frameworks, mechanisms, and application

      - Follow up feedback or suggestions from each changing activity to improve own work

      - Develop communication and change plan of own project and work task

3. People Risk Management: Respond to day-to-day employee questions/ complaints

      - Conduct employee daily activities to support employee engagement as required

4. Stakeholder (Employee, Subcontractor, etc.) relation:

      - Support employee well-being

      - Collect feedback and evaluate the result after running each activity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Achieve a minimum GPA of 2.70 for a bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a master's degree.
  • Good command of English both writing and speaking. (TOEIC at least 550)
  • Can use MS Office (Canva and Photoshop are a plus)
  • Be able to work at Rayong province.
