Responsibilities:

1. Shared Services Day-to-Day Operations :
     - Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of employee benefits& welfare and employee experience program with Shared Services  standard
     - Monitor and control budgets, coordinate resources, ensure smooth execution of employee benefits & welfare and employee experience program, and monitor the effectiveness of service & operation.  
2. Shared Services Coordination/Administration: 
     - Support the administrative aspects of benefit & welfare operations. 
     - Assist in scheduling plan of  employee benefits & welfare and employee experience activity such as Medical Check up, Uniform employee activity  
     - Ensure that benefit and welfare programs and activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. Monitor and assess compliance, maintain documentation, conduct audits, and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
3. Shared Service Vendor/Supplier Management: 
    - Collaborate with external vendors or suppliers for benefit and welfare services and manage relationships. 
    - Identify suitable vendors/suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure effective collaboration to meet objectives.
4. Shared Service Operations Specialist: 
   - Assist in designing shared service processes and workflows, developing standard operating procedures, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring resource availability, and implementing quality assurance measures. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific learning lean projects or initiatives. 

Qualifications:

  • ​​​​​Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Practical experience in HR Management , Compensation and Benefit , Project Management is a must
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations                                                
  • Solid in developing solutions based on facts/data 
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
