1. Strategic Partner:

  • Develop and implement HR action plan and/or program related to P&O MTP in own working scope

2. Change Agent:

  • Develop HR solutions, communication, and change plans for own project and area
  • Collaborate and communicate with employees regarding HR tools & frameworks, mechanisms, and application
  • Collect feedback or suggestions from each changing activities to improve own work

3. People Risk management:

  • Respond to line manager and employee questions/complaints
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues (e.g., mediation between employees and managers)
  • Conduct and initiate employee activities to protect people from risk as required

4. Stakeholder (Employee, Subcontractor, etc.) relation to support employee well-being:

  • Conduct and initiate Stakeholder activities to support Stakeholder engagement plan
  • To connect stakeholders to get stakeholder relation insight
  • Evaluate the result and provide suggestions for better result


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
  • Having at least 2-5 years of experience in HR and/or organization development is preferable
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Good business partnering with people analytical and solution foresight skill
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Able to work in Rayong province
