Job Summary:

Perform and manage service operations with great reliability, integrity and minimized business risks :
1. Deploy Shared Service Operation strategy to sub-processes and services in own areas
2. Develop sub-processes and SLA in own areas with great reliability, integrity and minimized business risks
3 Manage resources to optimize cost, assets and man-powers across SCGC
4. Communicate SLA to customer and related stakeholders

Assure and improve the quality of services to meet customer and stakeholder satisfaction :
1. Deploy quality assurance system to sub-processes and services in own areas
2. Manage quality assurance processes with effective response and actions to customer and stakeholder’s voices in own areas
3. Develop and execute quality improvement plans to ensure quality of services and to speed up service and enhance customer experience

Responsibilities:

  • Learning Day-to Day Operations Management: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the learning function within an organization. Manage learning budgets, coordinate resources, ensure smooth execution of learning programs, and monitor the effectiveness of service & operation. 
  • Learning Coordination/Administration: Support the administrative aspects of learning operations. Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing learning calendars, coordinating logistics for learning events, maintaining training records and documentation, and handling participant registrations.
  • Learning Compliance Specialist: Ensure that learning programs and activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. Monitor and assess compliance, maintain documentation, conduct audits, and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.
  • Learning Vendor/Supplier Management: Collaborate with external vendors or suppliers for learning services and managing relationships. Identify suitable vendors/suppliers, negotiate contracts, monitor service quality, and ensure effective collaboration to meet learning objectives.
  • Learning Operations Specialist: Assist in designing learning processes and workflows, developing standard operating procedures, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring resource availability, and implementing quality assurance measures. Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific learning lean projects or initiatives. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sciences or related fields.
  • Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
  • Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
  • Having at least 5 year of Experience in Human Resource Development or people development is a must.
  • Able to work with Speed and Adaptive  & well dealt with an uncertain and difficult situation.
  • Good communication skills, esp. in Learning & development fields.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in Rayong province.
