Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented leader to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our renewable energy assets, including Solar Plants, Wind Turbines, and Power Plants. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to ensure optimal performance, achieve budget goals, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of technicians and engineers.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) strategy for our renewable energy portfolio. This includes setting performance targets, aligning activities with business objectives, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to excel.
• Project Management & Execution: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) projects. Ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor team performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including adherence to QA/QC procedures. Propose solutions to address challenges and implement new technologies and methodologies to optimize operations and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing operations and maintenance projects for renewable energy assets (e.g., Solar, Wind Turbines, Power Plants).
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing Operation & Maintenance strategies.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Able to work in Rayong province.
