Senior Assistant Manager - Social Inclusion *Contract* (SCGC)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research on social and environmental issues to initiate and develop Social Inclusion projects that create positive impacts in line with the organization’s ESG framework and SD Materiality priorities.

2. Plan, implement, and monitor Social Inclusion projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategic execution.

3. Develop and execute monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track project progress and measure impact effectively.

4. Build relationships and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communication, and Operations to integrate Social Inclusion initiatives within the organization, and liaise with external partners including suppliers, vendors, and relevant contractors.

5. Identify potential risks and challenges related to Social Inclusion projects; implement risk mitigation measures while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and responsible business practices.

6. Represent medium-to-high scale Social Inclusion projects in meetings and activities, particularly in areas related to social responsibility and risk management.

7. Act as a team lead who can independently drive social projects from concept to completion – providing guidance and hands-on leadership without holding a managerial title.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor - Master degree in any files
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainability, ESG, or Social Development
