Job Function: Project & Design Engineer 

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the Powe Projects such as solar plant, wind turbine, power plant, and other businesses to achieve project goals within budget plan and customer satisfaction. Plan and control schedule, cost, and manpower within the project plan. The position will report to the Power Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Listen to customer issues and concerns for CA/PA consideration and implementation.
2. Report progress, status of work and propose alternative of solution to or consult with superior in case of problem or foreseeable trouble with assignment.
3. Prepare manpower loading plan of every assigned projects for superior consideration.
4. Monitor , follow up and control self and subordinates to ensure that work will be executed harmoniously and without gap at interfacing with other disciplines and relevant parties in order to deliver performance at reasonable cost of service without deteriorate to quality of deliverable together with time management for multi assignment according to workforce planning in order to maintain performance.
5. Follow up any new & proven construction technology, methodology, management tools, specification, QA&QC system, related Law & regulation and Code & Standard relevant to own discipline and propose to superior in order to consider for applying to the work.
6. Revise construction, specification, QA&QC system, related Law & Regulations and Code & Standard as assigned by superior.
7. Carry out the tasks assigned by the Manager.
 

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related project management of Solar Systems, Power Plant
2. Knowledge of Solar System Design / Solar Project Management is a must
