Operational Productivity Improvement Engineer - NawaPlastic, Chemicals Business

Job Summary:

Design and develop new software to operate and control automatic machine for support production line. Apply data analytic concepts that can generate saving cost for each production process by using Machine Learning/Deep learning

Responsibilities:

• Design programs and operator interfaces for PLC control
• Develop and implement improvements to existing automation and new systems, PLC and HMI programming (Siemens , OMRON), Robotic programming and Programming C#, SQL database, etc.
• Design and co-develop with production department about data analytic concept that can enhance the machine stability, raw material and energy saving opportunities by using Machine Learning/Deep learning for actively detect or predict the operation by Machine Learning and recommend the best solution from customer pain points.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in  Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering or a related field  
• Achieve a minimum GPA of 2.70 for a bachelor's degree and 3.30 for a master's degree.
• Experience 3-5 years in field or related field
• Experience with  PLC , SCADA ,Machine Learning , Data Base and Process control 
• Have a skill of Computer software skill (MS Office, SQL server , Python, C# Programming)
• Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good knowledge on industrial controls and wiring diagram.
• Experienced in Visual Basic/ C# / SQL database is preferable.
• Experienced in any of industrial robotic KUKA or ABB is preferable.
• Willing to working for both software development and automation machine installation and commissioning
• Good interpersonal skill, possess service mind, communication skill, hard working and good analytical skill.
• Good command of English (TOEIC score minimum 550)
• Able to work at Saraburi province and upcountry
