Production Planning Engineer

Job Summary:


Sanitary ware production plan

- Plan to produce annual sanitary ware (Master Plan) and monthly (Montly production plan) in order to comply with demand forecast.

- Analyze and estimate production yield to create a standard yield for each model to use for standard cost.

- S&OP meeting with the marketeting to know the trend of demand for products.

- Coordinate with each production department and other related departments when the sanitary ware production plan is adjusted in accordance with need of changing markets.


Track production and reporting

- Production status report and urgency with supervisors.

- Report and control weekly work in process status.

- Estimate the amount of sanitary production within the month given by MRP and marketing. (within the 3rd week of the month)


Production of new products

- Coordinate with product development agencies Production techniques, production departments and outsourcing agencies to prepare for the production of new products to be able to produce according to the plan.


Create an energy plan

- Create an annual energy plan Report and analyze the amount of energy consumption per unit monthly.


Safety, environment, energy, ISO9001, Product Liability System and various standard systems

- Being a safety officer at the supervisor level and supervise the subordinates to work on safety, health, environment, energy conservation and various standard systems of the company.

- Comply with laws, regulations, regulations, measures and policies determined by the company strictly.



• Bachelor's degree in Industrial , Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL IBT at least 31)
• Be able to locate at Hin Kong, Saraburi.
