Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sale and marketing executive (Rooftop Solar Projects) located in Manila, Philippines. The Sale and marketing executive (Rooftop Solar Projects) will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for rooftop solar projects. Additionally, the Sale and marketing executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, creating proposals and sales contracts, and cooperate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Find potential customers by utilizing his/her own existing networks as well as another information source to develop new investment opportunities for renewable energy projects (mainly rooftop solar projects and battery energy storage systems).
  • Make commercial proposals, and negotiate and finalize contracts (written in English/Vietnamese) with customers, EPC contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop relationships with customers, and relevant local authorities at all levels including the executive level.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders of the power sector in Vietnam.
  • Coordinate with the internal team domestically and internationally for commercial, technical, finance, legal, and other issues to align the course of actions.
  • Research and update all local regulations related to the power sector in Vietnam.
  • Collect and share any and all kinds of information related to the power sector in Vietnam.
  • Facilitate performance and solidarity of team members to provide excellent technical, commercial, and legal support to the stakeholders.
  • Contribute to formulating the company's strategic development plan.
  • Update all business development activities to the Management closely and regularly, and analyze the business information for assisting the Management’s making strategies.
  • Perform other duties at the executive level as requested by the Management.
  • Site survey and prelim design for the proposal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field​.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as sales/commercial manager or assistant manager (investment experience is preferred).​
  • Studying and understanding local regulations related to the power sector​.
  • Existing networks with potential customers (mainly manufacturing companies).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills​.
  • Ability to develop and deliver sales presentations to clients.
  • Knowledge of rooftop solar project design, construction, and implementation processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills​.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for business travel within Philippines as required​
  • Be able to work in Manila, Philippines.
