Store Manager (Cambodia Base) - SCG BTV

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

• Participate in setting up plans, policies, and strategies for sales and operations in-store to create mutual understanding for staffs and other functions.
• Lead overall operations in store, including shelf organizing, price tags, and documents related to product delivery or return to ensure effective operations aligning with standards and rules.
• Be company representative to contacts facilitates and build a good relationship with the local authority.
• Take care and advise sales and operation staff to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation.
• Monitor and examine product sales including providing advice, recommendations, and payment service to support and increase the sales volume of the store, and satisfy customers.
• Manage, examine, and organize inventory and storage in front and back to prepare for sale and prevent loss to align with standards, and ensure effective, fast, and accurate operations.
• Manage, examine, and control service operation to meet the store standard and target.
• Monitor and analyze customer information to build, maintain, and develop a relationship.
• Monitor and analyze competitor information in nearby store areas for enhancing competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in any field.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in the retail business and store management.
• Great personality is a must.
• Excellent communication in English and if be able to communicate Khmer would be a great advantage.
• Be able to work in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
• Be able to work 6 days a week. (with additional incentive)
• Being service-minded, enthusiastic, and good manner.
