Job Summary:

  • An HR Development Supervisor of Vina Kraft Paper Co., Ltd. is responsible for overseeing the growth and development of employees within an organization. The role includes managing training programs, performance evaluations, career development initiatives, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • The HR Development Supervisor works closely with department heads, managers, and external vendors to assess training needs and deliver effective solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement employee training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
  • Oversee the organization of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Supervise and support performance evaluation processes.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and creating development plans.
  • Monitor employee progress and ensure feedback is delivered regularly.
  • Create career development frameworks for employees at various levels.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
  • Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development
  • Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  • Organize team-building activities and other programs aimed at increasing morale.
  • Ensure all employee training and development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development activities.
  • Partner with HR and management teams to align training and development programs with organizational goals.
  • Track the success and ROI of development programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education Background for Bachelor or higher
  • Have 4-5 years Experience in HR
  • Fluent in English (Advanced)
  • Proficiency and advanced Excel skills
  • Have Experience with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of labor laws and employee rights
