Sales Admin (Vietnamese Speaker) - Bau Bang, Binh Duong

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• Handles sale contracts and coordinates other documents such as: Invoice, Packing lists, COA, or Delivery Notes.
• Liaise with other departments to manage delivery schedule and documents.
• Contact with customers to ensure timely and correct delivery.
• Follow up payment.
• Input data into SAP ERP system
• Coordinate with customers when customers have issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ:

• University or college in any degree.
• Candidates with no or little experience are welcome to apply, those with prior experience in sales or marketing is a big advantage.
• Can communicate in English (elementary is acceptable) and Vietnamese both writing and speaking.
• Positive interpersonal skill and service mind, dynamic and positive.
• Work at Factory in Bau Bang (Binh Duong), from Mon to Fri during normal business hours
