Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Set sales quotas, monitor progress, and identify new market opportunities for sustainable growth.
2. Performance Management
- Track and analyze team and individual sales performance to ensure target achievement.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to drive improvement and accountability.
3. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
4. Client & Market Development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine sales strategies.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with numerous departments and stakeholders to align strategies and deliver consistent brand messaging.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals.
- Recruit and onboard new members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
*Report to: General Director
*Subordinate: 4 (In the future, there may be more as company expands)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management; experience in the flexible packaging industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Bau Bang Factory (Working time 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday)
