Production Engineer (Chemicals) - Dong Nai, Vietnam

Job Summary:

• To organize the activities of the production department
• Make production monthly report
• Arrange manpower for control production activities not interrupt
• Organize training and coaching staffs in the production department
• Do action plan for search department target.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange the jobs of production department.
• Arrange the manpower in the production department
• Request planning department provide on time and full information about production plan.
• Request Warehouse department transfer correct, enough the volume and on time raw material for production activities.
• Request maintenance department repair machine when find machine have problem
• Request QC test fast or other test to find out the root cause of reject
• Order staff work OT follow the production situation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in chemical production
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, especially in managerial contexts
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC score > 550)
• Proficient in using office computer software
