  • Act as the Employee Point of Contact and work closely with business units.
  • Manage employee’s grievances, issues.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and arrange interview sessions.
  • Ensure accurate employee remuneration data before outsourcing payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate employee data. 
  • Coordinate with SCGA Headquarter to collect employee’s performance.
  • New employee orientation.
  • Communicate policies from SCGA Headquarter to employees.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues in the Thailand team to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Human Resources programs and practices aligned with SCG Term.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5-7 year-experience in HR generalist / HRBP / Recruitment / have knowledge and practice in legal requirements / Employee relations.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking with be prioritized, organized and responsible/ accountable person.
  • Good in interpersonal, communication, counseling and negotiation skills.
  • Good in English / Vietnamese proficiency and Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working with foreigner colleague in matrix organization with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Be able to occasionally travel upcountry or overseas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills and excellent command of English.
  • Be able to work in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
