HR Business Partner Manager (Vietnamese Speaker) - Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Business Planning and have an understanding of the business direction of the function/ division under their charge as well as also provide guidance where appropriate on the business plans.
• Develop and implement Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization goals and values.
• Act as Employee Point of Contact and work closely with business units to deliver the core HR products Ex. Workforce Management, Recruitment, Talent & Staff Development Management, Performance and Reward Management, Management of Staff Grievance/Issue, Facilitation of Communication & Champion HR Initiatives and Change.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues in Thailand Team to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Human Resources programs and practices align with SCG Term.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management/ Development or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in HR generalist / HRBP / Recruitment / Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements / Employee relations.
• Ability to handle multi-tasking with be prioritized, organized and responsible/ accountable person.
• Good in interpersonal, communication, counseling and negotiation skills.
• Good in English / Vietnamese proficiency and Microsoft Excel 
• Be service minded, calm, and humble.
• Be able to work in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Excellent communication in Vietnamese.
