Position brief:
In HR area, SCG Vietnam Co., LTD is serving as coordinator and organize of Corporate Learning & Development programs, Employee engagement activities, Job fair, Internship program and others assigned HR tasks.  

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with HRs of SCG's subsidiaries and training partners to organize the training courses of SCG as planned.
• Prepare logistics and conduct on-site supporting to learners during training periods.
• Record the training status and prepare training reports to provide HRs, Line Managers and the companies in time.
• Provide support in employee engagement initiatives, such as team building, outing trip, special occasion activities, recognition programs.
• Conduct research on new ideas to enhance engagement of the company through "trendy" activities.
• Assistant to collaborate with universities, organize job fair, campus roadshow, etc.
• Assistant to organize the SCG internship program.
• Other assistance by assignment.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate in HR field.
• Be able to work in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
