Receivable Accountant - Ho Chi Minh City (TPHCM), Vietnam

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

1. In charge of Billing

• Get the information, the contract and the appendix from Sales Department, check SO, DN in SAP system
• Issue invoices & debit notes
• Prepare billing reports for the line manager
• Resolve any issues with other departments to expedite the billing process
• Clear debt when receiving the incoming money from customer on SAP systems
• Assist with month-end, year-end closing

2.Reconciliation and Reporting

• Record all red invoice in excel file & reconcile with SAP and submit for audit/ Tax purpose
• Manage accounts (revenue, other income, VAT output, receivables)
• Maintain supporting documents (both scanned & hard copies)

คุณสมบัติ:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.

• Experience with the SAP system is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
